Our story
It started at our kitchen table.
A dad, a three-year-old and a lesson in measuring that turned into a little lip balm company.
Tali & Bee is a family business. The Tali is Talia, our daughter and our CFO: Chief Flavor Officer. She’s been part of it since before she could spell it.
It started with a question every parent asks: what’s actually in this? We wanted to know exactly what was going on our kids’ lips, so we decided to make our own lip balm from a short list of clean, organic ingredients we could trust.
Talia was three, and her dad saw a chance to make math feel like play instead of homework. So the kitchen table became a workshop. Counting spoonfuls, weighing beeswax and pouring warm balm into tubes taught her numbers faster than any flashcard, and every batch was made with ingredients we were proud to put on her lips.
Then Talia fell in love with horses. So we took the balm to farmers’ markets, where Talia sold it to earn her own riding lessons. Her lip balm still keeps her riding today.
And she’s not the only helper anymore. Her two little brothers have started pitching in at the kitchen table too, learning the same way their big sister did.
What the kitchen table taught us
We still make decisions the way we did with a three-year-old helping.

Lip balm should taste like something you’d actually want. Cherry, vanilla ice cream, strawberry.

USDA Organic, cruelty free and made in the USA, in a tube that uses 30% less plastic.
