Using our store

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority where you live. Please give us accurate information when you order, and don't use our site for anything unlawful or to interfere with how it works.

Products and prices

We do our best to describe our products and their ingredients accurately. Colors in photos may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We may limit quantities, and we may correct mistakes in prices or descriptions.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or we suspect fraud. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

Shipping, refunds and privacy

Our Shipping Policy explains when and how we ship. Our Refund Policy explains what happens if an order arrives damaged, wrong or not at all. All sales are otherwise final. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Using our lip balm

Our lip balm is for external use on lips. Please check the ingredient list before use; it contains organic beeswax and organic coconut oil. If irritation occurs, stop using it.

Your ideas and messages

We love hearing flavor ideas. If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Our content

Our name, logo, photos, text and designs belong to Tali & Bee. Please don't copy or use them without our permission.

Other websites and services

Our site may link to other sites, such as Instagram, and our checkout is provided by Shopify. We aren't responsible for other sites' content or practices.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide our site and products "as is", to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, except where the law of your country or state requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
